New Home Buyer Credit Expiration occurred on April 30th 2010. Did you get your home in contract before this date.  If not you are too late to receive the tax incentive but not to late to enjoy the rock bottom values and interest rate on homes. 

This past week many agents have asked will we see a decline in our volume in the next four to six weeks.  In my opinion the people that were out looking for a home should have been looking because they could afford a home and enjoy the benefits of home ownership and not the "I'm getting money from the government so that's why I should buy a home attitude".  I think that there were many people out there doing that same thing.  But only time will tell if they can afford to own a home.
